Non-Surgical Spinal Decompression
Non-Surgical Spinal Decompression is a type of treatment option that can relieve back pain. It is a type of motorized traction that works gently by stretching your spine out. This can take the pressure off of your spinal discs. Spinal discs are the gel-like cushions that protect your bones from grinding together. The treatment takes the pressure off of your nerves and other parts of your spine, including allowing bulging discs to go back into place. This stretching and movement in your spine can allow for things to readjust. It can also allow the water, oxygen, and fluids in your spine to move around. This activation can help promote healing in your spine and reduce your back pain.
